Nesbitt´s Horse.), 1st letter of rank officially corrected, edge bruise, nearly extremely fine, scarce to unit Estimate £ 700-800 4647 Sergeant Ernest Fleming Taylor is listed on the published transcription of the Defence of Mafeking roll as being 1 of 3 men from Nesbitt´´s Horse who served during the defence; in the recipient´´s case attached as No. 370 Lance Corporal B Squadron Protectorate Regiment; he died of disease in Burgersdorp Hospital 29.10.1901.
