Edward III, fourth coinage, pre-treaty period, 1351-1361, Groat, 4.56g, London, series C, m.m. cross 1, closed c and e on obverse, fleurs on all cusps rev. closed c and e, Lombardic m, wedge shape tail on r (Lawrence 27/32; N.1147; S.1565); another, 4.26g, similar (Lawrence 13/13; N.1147; S.1565), the first, clipped, small edge nicks at 10 and 11 o´clock, good fine; the second, full flan, even tone, light flan crack at 2 o´clock, surface marks on reverse, nearly very fine (2) Estimate £ 150-200
