x Pahang Covers and Cancellations 1899 (Jan.) envelope to England addressed in the hand of Mr. F.A.S. McClelland, the Acting District Officer at Temerloh, bearing 1898 10c. dull purple and orange overprinted "Pahang" tied by manuscript "17/1/99" (in a hand different to that of the address) and "kuala lumpur" c.d.s. (19.1), showing another strike on face with Singapore transit d.s. (21.1) on reverse; the cover a little discoloured and with horizontal fold.
