"One cent." on 5c. dull purple and olive-yellow vertical strip of four and two vertical pairs, all tied by "kuala lipis pahang" c.d.s. and showing, on reverse, registration d.s., Kwala Kubu (9.11) and Kuala Lumpur (9.11) datestamps.
