Foreign Post Offices British Post Office I.P.O. Tieprints — 1900 (29 Nov.) envelope to the Chinese Legation in Berlin bearing C.I.P. 10c. green tied by Canton bilingual c.d.s. with Hong Kong 10c. blue with a fine strike of the "I.P.O." type 1 tieprint and Hong Kong c.d.s. and arrival c.d.s. on reverse. Also 1900 (11 Dec.) China 1c. postal stationery card to the Chinese legation in Berlin, uprated C.I.P. 1c. and 2c. cancelled by Canton bilingual c.d.s., with Hong Kong 4c. grey tied by a fair strike of the type 1 "I.P.O." tieprint only, being put on the mail boat in Canton.
