China Covers and Cancellations I-Chan Covers 1900 Chiekiang Government 500 kilometer per day with the original Pai Tin routing slip going through five courier stations with purple seals from Chiekiang to Anhwei. This is a first class Local Government Express Letter. Also 1899 military letter and cover, 1903 and 1904 letters and covers plus other military letters (5) dated 1899 (2), 1900 (2) and 1901 plus curriculum vitae of the writer and an unknown document dated 1875.
