China 1912 Provisional Neutrality A complete set of the unissued and issued Provisional Neutrality stamps with the Foochow set of fifteen with the Postage Due set of eight plus Hankow, Nanking and Changsha set of fifteen with the Postage Due set of eight. Generally fine with part to much original gum except the issued Foochow stamps (3c., $1, $2 and $5) with are without gum; the $1 and 1/2c. Postage Due with small thins and Hankow 2c.
