China Chinese Imperial Post Postal Rates 1c. domestic rate: 1903 (22 May) red band envelope double registered, bearing C.I.P. 1c. tied by Hwanghsien, Shantung small circle dater, the reverse with two blocks of ten of the 1c. cancelled by bilingual "registered" handstamp with Chefoo and Tientsin bilingual c.d.s. alongside; some creasing and other faults.
