China 1885-88 Small Dragons 1894 (19 Nov.) printed paper rate envelope to Aachen, Germany bearing 1ca. dull green with 3ca. mauve tied by indistinct strikes of "customs/hankow" c.d.s. in red with France "Chine" 5c. alongside tied by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s.; the reverse with Shanghai Customs (22.11) and Frankfurt transit c.d.s.
