China 1885-88 Small Dragons 1893 (12 Oct.) opened-out envelope to Bulle, Switzerland bearing, on the reverse, 3ca. mauve tied by Peking seal in blue with "i.g. of customs/peking", Tientsin (13.10), Shanghai (18.10) and arrival (27.11) c.d.s. alongside; the address side with France 25c. tied by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s.; some soiling but a scarce destination.
