Municipal Posts Chefoo 1893 (1 Aug.) printed envelope to the French Post Office in Shanghai per "s Chungking" bearing a fine strike of "chefoo/local post" dated oval in black with boxed "paid" in violet at left, Local Post and French Post Office c.d.s. on reverse along with wax seal; clean and fine.
