Hong Kong Treaty Ports Canton 1886 (4 May) envelope to New York bearing 1882-96 5c. blue (2) and 10c. blue-green tied by good strikes of type B c.d.s., thought to have been underpaid with handstruck "T" in circle crossed through with red crayon, Hong Kong, San Francisco and arrival c.d.s. on reverse; some soiling.
