Hong Kong 1898 Surcharges Covers 1898 (6 Apr.) envelope registered to Foochow bearing 10c. on 30c. grey-green (third printing [1]) with left margin tied by Hong Kong c.d.s. with large "R" in circle alongside and faint Foochow arrival on reverse; clean and fine, paying the correct rate for registered mail.
