Hong Kong 1898 Surcharge Without Chinese Characters 10c. on 30c. grey-green [4] of third printing showing broken black line above Queen´s head, large part original gum; fresh and fine. Only a few examples are known. Photo Estimate HK$ 2,500-3,000 This variety is only recorded on stamps without Chinese handstamp and probably occurred in a similar fashion as the line under "CENTS" on position [9].
