Hong Kong Postal History Accountancy Marks 1862 (28 Feb.) entire commercial letter to Marseilles by "Overland Mail" (horizontal filing crease) bearing handstruck "18" and a good strike of "gb/1f62 4/10 c" type H diamond accountancy handstamp plus Suez transit in red, the reverse with Hong Kong despatch. A very early date which predates that recorded by Webb by three months. Scarce with only about twenty covers recorded, not many of these originating from Hong Kong. R.P.S. Certificate (1995).
