x New Caledonia 1893 Military Issue 1893 (21 Feb.) cover to Sauliess, France with Military Flag 10c. adhesive [12] tied by "genie/nouvelle caledonie" Liberty Cap cachet in blue (this handstamp was also used as a control handstamp on the sheets of 25); used with 1892 15c. blue tied by "corr.d´armees/noumea" c.d.s. in black; slight soiling and readdressed on arrival (15.4) but a rare usage.
