x New Caledonia 1891-1892 ´Network´ Surcharge Issue 10c. on 30c., a proof impression of the surcharge, block of 15 from the upper left corner of the left pane, [2] showing the flaw on "1" of "10" and [5] showing no stop after "C" of "NCE"; [9] shows much wear on the "1" of "10" and thus it appears that this impression was probably taken after the stamps were printed rather than before.
