Great Britain Line-Engraved Issues Fraudulent or Unusual Usages of Line-Engraved Issues 1864 (20 May) cover front addressed locally in London, affixed with a defective 1864-79 1d. plate 71 (almost a third of the stamp is missing) which is uncancelled, showing ink manuscript "Imperfect Stamp, WS", London E.C. c.d.s. of 20 May 1864 and black handstruck "2d" charge mark adjacent; some strengthened faults though in no way detracting.
