II items with scarce instructional markings including types relating to recovered mail from occupied countries or P.O.W´s., framed ´postage/refunded´, etc.; also an envelope with imprint of the Victory club Pall Mall addressed to Liverpool, without adhesive or Postage Due marking, the address panel showing superb strike of "detained, opened, and forwarded to addressee by order of the secretary of state" in violet; a generally fine assembly with viewing recommended Estimate £ 500-600
