Great Britain Postal History 1811 (29 Mar.) entire letter from London to Liskeard rated "11", the lower half of the address panel with the sender´s manuscript instruction: to "The Post-master at Liskeard is requested to forward this immediately by a Special Messenger to St. Cleer to Mr Jope"; the letter content concerns "The melancholy Intelligence" of a death; fine, clean and very attractive.
