Great Britain Treasury Competition & Associated Material mercantile committee: 1839, an enormous single sheet letter measuring 35 x 23 inches (weighing one ounce), and a tiny double sheet letter measuring 4 x 2 1/2 inches (weighing seven grains - equal to one 60th of an ounce), each with printed details to the address panel and interior clearly showing the obvious nonsense of the current system; the first with tape strengthened splits though barely detracting.
