France 1849-52 First Issue 25c. blue, Postal Fraud; a fine 1851 (7 Oct.) cover to Beziers with re-used 1850 25c., spotted by the Postal Clerk at Lucy-Le-Bois and cancelled by red ink strokes with "Lettre Taxee pour avoir utilise un timbre usage" alongside in manuscript; taxed on arrival with handstruck "25" due mark in black.
