France Post Offices Abroad Turkey 1860 (14 Mar.) envelope to Genoa franked by 1853 10c. bistre pair and 40c. orange pair, tied by "3708" petits chiffres and by framed "PD" in black plus three-line "poriscafi/postali/francesi" in red and an unusual strike of "les dardanelles/turquie" c.d.s. below with date inserted in manuscript; slight file fold at top but a scarce and appealing cover.
