France Anglo-French Accountancy Markings Exchange Markings "GB" 1864 (27 May) entire letter from Pondichery to Bordeaux franked by India 1854-60 4a. black and pair of 8p. mauve on white, tied by Pondichery grill and by Madras c.d.s. with framed "insufficient" in black alongside and struck with "GB/IF 62 4/10c" in black at Madras.
