France 1852-53 Republic Français Combination Covers 1853 (23 July) cover from Paris to Boston, U.S.A. bearing 10c. bistre and 25c. blue in vertical pair used in combination with 1849 1fr. carmine horizontal pair, cancelled by gros points obliterator, transit of "n. york br. pkt/5" in black (11/8); some marginal imperfections to adhesives but an extremely rare combination (especially so with both values of the Presidence issue).
