x Victoria "Half Length" Issues Fourth state of die altered to give effect of vertical drapes, 8th. Printing 2d. cinnamon horizontal strip of three [13-15], margins largely all round. cancelled with three part barred oval "1" and with tiny portion of c.d.s. at lower left corner; some thins and traces of creasing though a very rare multiple, being the second largest recorded multiple behind two strips of four.
