x St. Vincent Early Letters and Handstamps A collection of Packet Service covers comprising entire letters (21), entires (5) and an envelope; markings include straight-line "st vincent" (1797), "st vincents" and "st vincent" fleuron datestamps (1806-42; twenty items), "st vincent" double-arc d.s. (1844-58; four items) and Crowned circle "paid/at/st vincent" (1852-58; two items). Condition very mixed with the strikes generally poor to fair only. Also 1772 copy of The Daily Advertiser with mention of fighting in St. Vincent and a slave ship blowing up Estimate £ 250-300
