x Orange Free State and Orange River Colony The 1900 "V.R.I." Overprints The Third Postage Setting, The Thick "V" Setting 2d. bright mauve 2nd. State lower half sheet of 120 with weakness to "V" at [24] rectified and thick "V" at [47] replaced by a normal "V"; 3d. ultramarine upper left pane of sixty, and two [42] singles showing loop of "d" incomplete; 6d. blue reconstructed lower half of lower left pane with some overlapping positions, blocks of four (2), a pair an a single showing various minor varieties, and 1/- brown lower right pane of sixty with each showing raised stop after "s"; generally fine mint Estimate £ 180-200
