Overprints The First Postage Setting 2 1/2d. on 3d. ultramarine study, comprising a lower right corner block of eighteen with plate number, [46] with variety Roman "I" and antique "2 in fraction and [57] with an early state of the variety no stop after "V", a corner block of four with [11] showing damaged "2", a marginal pair showing nick in base of "2", and two singles, one with second state of no stop after "V" and one with curly-tailed "2" in fraction; fresh mint and generally fine.
