NYASALAND 1907-32 Large Key Plate De La Rue Universal Colour Trials There were five series of Imperium 6d. and "Nyasaland" type 1d. (for values up to 4/-) and £10 (for values above 5/-). All were imperforate and on Multiple Crown CA watermarked paper. The 6d. and £10 designs are inscribed "postage & revenue" and the 1d. "postage postage" (when issued all were altered to "postage & revenue". The 1d. and £10 designs are inscribed "thos de la rue & co" in the country tablet. Fourth Series dated 24 February 1908 1d. trials (6) in different colour combinations for 3/-, 4/-, 8/-, 10/-, £5 and £25 denominations, each affixed to small piece with printed details of value and colours at top, fine.
