New Zealand Manuscript Cancellations riwaka: 1887 (28 July) blue envelope (260x108mm.) to the Minister of Public Works, Nelson, bearing 1882-1900 2d. lilac strip of three each cancelled "R", sharing "28.7.87" and twice cancelled "N" in oval of bars, arrival c.d.s. (28.7) on reverse; the envelope with some age marks, and vertical creases, the latter well clear of the adhesives. Photo Estimate £ 80-100
