Jamaica 1916-20 War Tax mint and used collection on leaves, featuring a range of varieties including 1916 (Apr.-Sept.) 1/2d. with overprint double and overprint inverted; 1916 (Sept.-Dec.) 1 1/2d. "s" in "stamp" omitted contained in a block of four, 3d. with overprint inverted, 3d. with "s" in "stamp" omitted, 3d. with "s" inserted by hand contained in a block of four; 1917 (Mar.) 1 1/2d. with overprint double, overprint inverted (2), 3d. with overprint inverted and overprint sideways, all mint; the used include 1916 (Sept.-Dec.) 1 1/2d. "s" in "stamp" omitted and 1917 (Mar.) 1 1/2d. with variety stop inserted and "p" impressed a second time; generally good to fine and well worth careful examination.
