Title to volumes one and two finely printed in colour, title to volume III printed in red and black. Volumes I & II designated as Numbers 308 and 327 respectively. Superbly bound in full vellum, intricately gilt-decorated on upper and lower board, back gilt; some wear at spine; Papal crest at centre of upper cover; all edges gilt; silk-finished gilt embossed endpapers.
