x Victoria 1877 (19 July) envelope from Fryerstown "via Brindisi" to Germany, bearing Laureated 4d. rose and 1873-87 2d. lilac (2) twice neatly cancelled "43", rated "1 1/2" in red crayon and showing despatch c.d.s., framed "insufficiently paid/via italy" and London Paid c.d.s. (3.9), Melbourne and Altona arrival (4.) c.d.s. on reverse; some minor reduced stain at left edge, otherwise fine and a most attractive franking.
