x Orange Free State Covers and Cancellations 1881 (9 Oct.) envelope from Zastron to Scotland, bearing 1868 6d. pale rose cancelled with c.d.s. in violet and in combination with Cape of Good Hope 1d. rose (4) each cancelled with pen cross, the reverse with Rouxville (9.10), part Cape Town (14.10) and arrival c.d.s.; the envelope front and back (no flap) severed and the face panel with overall soiling though an unusual cover bearing Cape of Good Hope adhesives, which were apparently cancelled in manuscript as not being necessary from late 1881.
