x Orange Free State Issued Stamps 1900 V.R.I. overprints, Second Setting collection on leaves with a range of multiples and varieties, including 1/2d. panes or reconstructed panes of sixty (4); 1d. panes of sixty (2), no stops after "V" and "I", surcharge inverted, surcharge double, pair, one without surcharge, and space between "1" and "d"; 2d. surcharge inverted; 3d. pane of sixty, no stop after "V" and surcharge double, one diagonal; 6d. carmine raised and level stops mixed (2), and 1/- with "s" omitted (used); several of the varieties in multiples with normal.
