Dominica 1886 Provisionals "One Penny" on 6d. Green "One/Penny" on 6d. green with thick bar, fine used with partial upright oval "A07" cancellation, usual pin marks at the corners of the design. All examples of the thick bar surcharge emanate from the cover (11 June 1886) originally registered from W.H. Porter in Dominica to A. Churchill (Emerson) in Essex.
