Dominica 1882-83 Bisected Provisionals "half penny" in Black 1883 (16 Mar.) envelope to Barbados, marked "Pr R.M. Steamer" and "Registered" (deleted), bearing "hal penny" in black on half 1d. lilac block of four, " 1/2" in black on half 1d. lilac single (corner crease), and " 1/2" in red on half 1d. lilac block of four, all tied by Dominica c.d.s. and showing arrival d.s. on reverse; the envelope with minor faults, stamps with minor staining where separated.
