Cape of Good Hope 1855-63 White Paper 4d. blue pair, cut as a parallelogram with large margins generally all round (touched or cut-into on one horizontal side), twice neatly cancelled and tied on 1855 (30 Sept.) envelope from Graham´s Town (pink embossed belt and buckle at left) to Edinburgh, showing large h.s. "8d" and, on reverse, despatch oval d.s., Cape Town (4.10), Plymouth Ship Letter (14.12) and arrival (16.12) c.d.s.; the envelope with a horizontal crease/tear which affects the pair though of fair appearance.
