Marsh 97th Regt", countersigned by Commanding Officer, marked "Via Halifax N.S.", bearing 1d. rose-red neatly tied by "st georges/bermuda" oval d.s., showing "paid/liverpool/br. packet/3a" c.d.s. in red with clear arrival d.s.
