Bermuda 1953 Bradbury Wilkinson engraved essays in a design used for the Luxembourg 1944 Charlotte issue though with "B" and "W" in the upper corners and "stamp essay" at foot, examples printed in carmine, green, blue-green, blue, orange, scarlet and in olive as used as colour schemes for the 1953 issue, each on a piece of wove paper (57x70mm.) marked "Bermuda" and with the suggested denomination written alongside; one with the design crossed through in pencil.
