Bermuda 1921 Tercentenary of Representative Institutions, 2nd. Issue Essays 2 1/2d. composite essay by D.H. Dale, a local surveyor, the frame in ultramarine with lettering etc. in pencil and the vignette comprising a coloured photographic portrait of George V affixed at centre; the whole executed over twice stamp-size on piece of paper (186x180mm.) with pencil outlines for a further design and the stamp actual size, marked "drawing no. 1" and dated "24.6.20".
