Bermuda Early Letters and Handstamps Incoming Mail 1862 (22 Feb.) entire letter from Baltimore to Hamilton, rated "8" and showing a superb strike of "hamilton-bermuda/ship letter" in bright red (Type S2) with "hamilton/bermuda" c.d.s. (Type PM4) arrival c.d.s. for 4 March on reverse. Rare, only seven examples of this marking recorded by Forand and Freeland.
