x Great Britain Line-Engraved Issues 1841 Two Pence Blue Plate 3 JG-KL irregular block of ten and KG-KH pair, used together on entire from Edinburgh to New York dated 17 June 1843, tied by fine light strikes of the black Maltese Cross (the pair additionally tied by faint New York Ship c.d.s. in red, the address panel inscribed "p Steamer Hibernia from Liverpool", the adhesives with margins all round or virtually all round; three stamps with surface defects from split filing crease though barely detracting from the wonderful appearance of this fine and very rare franking.
