Celtic, Corieltauvi, uninscribed AV Stater, "Domino" type, 5.16g., mid-late 1st century B.C., crude laureate head, pellet between crescents, rev. crude horse left, spiral below, rectangle with four pellets above (BMC.3185; S.393; VA.829), cleaned, very fine / good very fine, clear well-centred reverse Estimate £ 550-650 Apparently struck from the same reverse die as BMC.3185, which was illustrated in Van Arsdell as 829-1.
