Portrait of Bertha Wyon, by Leonard Charles Wyon, seated half-length and turned three-quarters to the right, dated low right ´March 1 1873´, white, black and red chalk on grey paper, inscribed on the back of the mount ´Bertha Wyon, aged 5´, 32cm. x 22.7cm.l Estimate £ 60-100 Leonard Wyon made many portraits of members of his family. This drawing relates very closely to a similar chalk portrait of his other daughter, Kate, now in a private collection in Switzerland.
