Widgeon 15.9.1893-12.3.1894 and 6.7.1894-6.3.1896; advanced to Petty Officer 1st Class. Approximately 40 ´Gambia 1894´, 42 ´Benin River 1894´ and 75 ´Brass River 1895´ clasp awards to H.M.S. Widgeon.
