STRAITS SETTLEMENTS Indian Stamps used in the Straits Settlements 1855-65 Typographed Issues Singapore 1866 (21 Jan.) entire to Glasgow, marked "Via Marseilles", bearing 8p. purple, 2a. orange and 4a. green pair, all crossed by firm´s handstamp and cancelled by "B/172" obliterator, showing red crayon "1/3" and, on reverse across join, "singapore/p.o." c.d.s. in red and arrival d.s.
