STRAITS SETTLEMENTS Indian Stamps used in the Straits Settlements 1855-65 Typographed Issues Singapore 1860 entire to Glasgow, marked "Via Marseilles", bearing 8a. carmine on blue glazed paper and 4a. black single and diagonal bisect, all clearly tied by "B/172" obliterator and showing, on reverse, light "singapore/p.o." c.d.s. in red and clear arrival d.s.
