STRAITS SETTLEMENTS Indian Stamps used in the Straits Settlements 1854 Lithograph Issue Singapore 1857 (8 Oct.) envelope to England, bearing 1/2a. blue Die I strip of four with clear to large margins and 2a. green with margins on two sides, each cancelled "B/172", showing manuscript "6" and, on reverse, clear "singapore/p.o." c.d.s. in red with month inverted, London and arrival datestamps; the strip with light tone spot at top.
